And since becoming a mom, I GET IT!Â
I’ve been in your shoes… I’m still in them on many days! I used to have all the time in the world to research a workout, go to the gym, and do the 1+ hour sweat sesh without distractions! Not anymore!

Hi! I'm Eryenne and I’m a mom of 2 wild toddler boys living in the Boston burbs, lover of fitness (personal trainer here!), true crime podcast addict, and boozy coffee fanatic.
My current obsession? Helping busy moms ditch workout excuses to gain body confidence and get strong AF to keep up with their growing kids!
Why? I’ve been in your shoes… I’m still in them on many days! Because of this I’m using my own personal experiences as a mom, expertise in fitness, and passion for helping other moms to help you feel and be your best.
